The Family Directory for 24-25 will be emailed to families on Wednesday, October 3rd. Only those that completed the OPT OUT form or contacted me directly will be excluded. The directory will include name, address, email, phone, and homeroom information of students. We encourage families to use this for arranging play dates, birthday party invites, and more.
Restaurant Night - Horseshoe Pub - October 17th 5pm-9pm
Please join us for restaurant night at the Horseshoe Pub on October 17th from 5pm - 9pm. Horseshoe gives back 15% off all sales that mention Forest Ave that night. This is available for dine-in or take-out. If you do take out please make sure to let them know it's for us.
October Meeting - Thursday October 10th
Please join us on October 10th at 6:30pm in the library. We are offering this meeting as a hybrid option. If you wish to attend the virtual option please email dchampigny@hudson.k12.ma.us by 10/9. A link will go out 5 minutes before the meeting with the agenda for the evening.

Please return, if you have not done so already, the green student health form. It is important to fill this out as it gives the school nurse updated health information regarding your child and phone numbers to reach a parent/guardian in case your student needs to be picked up from school due to illness or injury. The back page is an opt out form for screenings that take place during the school year. Only sign and check off if you do not want any or all screenings done that pertain to your child’s grade.
