Practice Days:
Monday through Friday for the first two weeks, then Monday through Thursday
Practices:
2:45 - 5 p.m.
Baseball Players will be picked up by the Chester Parking Lot
Contests:
Baseball: Monday and Wednesday
Track and Field: Thursdays (All League: 5/21,5/22,5/23)
Tennis: Monday and Wednesday

CVSD Summer School Opportunities:
Welcome to our Summer School Programs at Central Valley School District - we are excited to offer two unique opportunities for students to enhance their learning experience during the summer break. Please find details below for our SVT Summer Academy and Online Credit Advancement Program. We look forward to supporting your academic growth and success this summer.

SVT Summer Academy (Incoming 8-12) - FREE
Location: Central Valley High School
Dates: June 25 - July 12, Monday to Friday (no school on July 4 and July 5)
Time: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
SVT Summer School Parent Letter
High School Online Credit Advancement Program (Incoming Freshman - 12)
Location: Through Central Valley Virtual Learning
Dates: June 20 - July 12 (no classes on July 4 and July 5)
Courses Available: Algebra 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B; Civics; Current World Problems; Geometry A, B; Health; Fitness
Required Virtual Orientation: Link will be emailed to registered students on June 18, 2024
Fees: $300 per course; $240 for students eligible for reduced lunch fees; $180 for students eligible for free lunch. Additional fees may apply for grade improvement courses.
509 Spikers Youth Volleyball
509 Spikers Youth Volleyball program is a brand new partnership between Pacific Northwest Qualifier (PNQ), Evergreen Region Volleyball Association (ERVA), and HUB Sports Center. The recreational program introduces children (grades 4-6) to the joy of volleyball. Children will be placed on neighborhood school teams and practice together weekly. Each week will culminate in jamborees where teams get to play against other teams in a fun environment.
Program Details:
- 5 Week Program running April 29- June 1.
- For Boys and Girls in 4th-6th Grade.
- Teams are formed by keeping kids with their schoolmates or near their feeder high school.
- Practices: 1x a week at HUB Sports Center and/or local schools in SPS.
- Games: 4 Jamboree Dates – May 4, May 11, May 18, and June 1. Locations TBD.
- Cost: $80/child. Reduced and scholarship options available. *Includes player shirt.
- Registration ends April 1.
