2019-2020 Online Registration
The Online Annual Registration Update is available online and awaiting responses from families who indicated their intent to return to Franklin for the 2019-20 school year. The online annual registration update is a required step in securing your child's seat for the 2019-20 school year.
How do you get started?
Visit https://ps.franklin-academy.org/public/ or click on the link below to sign in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. From the Parent Portal:
- Select the student you wish to register along the top
- Select the InfoSnap 19-20 Student Registration
- Enter the child's date of birth
2019-20 Academic Calendar
Visit our website at cc.franklin-academy.org or click on the link below to download the academic calendar for 2019-20. Students will begin school on Wednesday, August 14, 2019. The academic calendar includes a two-week winter break beginning December 23, 2019 and a one-week spring break beginning March 23, 2020. The last day of school for students is Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
Business Day
In order to ease the transition back to school and reduce some of the time associated with preparing for the upcoming school year, you are invited to join us for our annual Business Day event on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, from 8AM-4PM. Attending this event will earn your family its first service hour for the 2019-20 school year! We look forward to serving you and making things a little easier as we approach another exciting academic year.

Franklinpass Stickers
As a reminder, all families should keep their existing FranklinPass stickers affixed to their vehicle windshield as they will continue to work for the 2018-19 school year. New FranklinPass stickers are issued only to new families. Additional FranklinPass stickers are available for purchase.
Carpool Registration
All current registered carpools will be wiped from the system at the end of the current school year. All families wishing to participate in our carpool program for the 2019-20 school year are required to visit the school to register the carpool for the upcoming school year. Remember to bring your existing key fob so that it may be reprogrammed.
i-Ready Summer Access
We are pleased to announce that i-Ready will be available for students to use this summer! Just 45 minutes per week, per subject area, is proven to help students continue developing reading and math skills. To access this award-winning, research-based resource, students will log into https://login.i-ready.com/ and select “Reading” or “Math”. Students may continue utilizing their existing credentials to access their i-Ready account.
School Supply Lists and Supply Packs
Families with students in Grades K-8 will have the opportunity to purchase school supply packs to be delivered directly to their child’s classroom at the beginning of the school year. This helps families save time and money while supporting our school! Parents that use EPI School Packs save up to 40% compared to the same supplies from a national retailer. The last day to order is July 7, 2019.

Final Report Cards
Final report cards for students in grades K-8 will be available for pick up in our main lobby beginning Wednesday, June 26, 2019. Please visit our campus between 8AM and 3PM to collect your child's final report card.
State Standardized Tests
Parents will be notified when official student score reports for the 2018-19 administration of statewide standardized assessments are available for pick-up.

Summer Reading
Ready to pick a book, Set to read every day, Read this summer for Success next year! Check out the grade-specific reading lists. Students will be able to use books towards their AR goals. NO READING PROJECTS this year.
