Data Management for TIA: TEEMS

TEEMS is a user-friendly, web-based data system that provides school districts with the opportunity to recruit, identify, incentivize, and retain effective educators through data-driven decisions. It supports the practice of measuring progress by allowing educators to create student growth measures and establish their own professional learning and growth goals for each school year. TEEMS combines different sets of data (i.e. student growth, evaluation from rubrics such as T-TESS and T-PESS) to help districts identify overall performance and determine additional compensation for educators who achieve certain designations, and make other informed decisions as needed. Additional modules for Professional Learning and Talent Acquisition allow districts to plan professional learning communities and hire and select talented applicants. The all-inclusive system supports districts with data submission for the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

TEEMS has five modules that will provide data on educator evaluations, student growth measures, effectiveness measures/designations, talent acquisition, professional learning communities, and performance-based compensation.
