Join the Board of Trustees Family Listening Session on Tuesday, April 30, at 6:00 PM on Zoom. CLICK HERE to sign up to speak ahead of time. Parents and families can speak directly to Board members about their PHA experiences, ask questions, and offer helpful feedback for school improvement.
If you care about PHA's Special Education Program, please join PHA families and the Urban Collaborative on Wednesday, May 1, to examine our special education system. We want to provide the most effective, inclusive, and equitable support and services to all students with disabilities. Our goal is to learn from families what is working, what needs to be improved, and your ideas on how to improve. Four meetings will be held on Wednesday, May 1. One of our community's TOP PRIORITIES is to keep our great educators at PHA. We have talented and caring teachers and staff, and we want to keep them at PHA. One way to do this is be showing them our appreciation for their tireless effort. National Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is a celebration honoring all educators. Take a few minutes now to contribute by doing any of the following:
- DONATE TO OUR TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK FUNDRAISER 💲 to provide ALL campus staff and teachers with a catered lunch from OASIS or LEONE's. It's easy to give - CLICK HERE: Type in the amount you want to give. Then, select "Teacher Appreciation" in the box that says "Direct my donation towards." It's great to provide warm food waiting for them in their Staff Lounges.
- WRITE A "THANK YOU" NOTE 💌 to a Teacher or Staff member at PHA. CLICK HERE to send an e-card. Or stop by your Campus Main Office to write a note and place it in our Teacher Appreciation MAILBOX!
- ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENTS TO WRITE "THANK YOU" NOTES 💌 to a Teacher or Staff member at PHA. Tell them about the special Teacher Appreciation MAILBOXES at their Campus Main Offices too.
