Learning Highlights
We want to celebrate the amazing work our students did for the Multicultural Fair this past Friday, 2/14, in Mr. Jessee’s class! His students created pamphlets, brought in food, made slideshows, set up booths, and presented cultures from around the world—it was an incredible display of learning and engagement!
In collaboration with this event, Mr. Saltzgaber's art classes researched and designed New Year Culture Banners to decorate the hallway near Mr. Jessee’s room. Students worked in groups to explore traditions, foods, rituals, languages, clothing, symbols, quotes, and more that represent different cultures.
Using a wide variety of mediums, they created beautiful, meaningful banners that brought this project to life. A special shoutout to Mrs. Kotarski’s ASD group, who also participated by making a fantastic banner.
