Eyestone is kicking off a Butter Braids fundraiser - running from April 29 to May 13. Please use THIS LINK to order online. Butter Braids will be delivered and ready for pickup at the school on May 21.

Student Transportation Changes
If you need to change your student's afternoon plans please call the front office (K-2 488-8600 & 3-5 488-6700) before noon to ensure all necessary individuals are notified.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
EYESTONE NORTH STUDENT DROP OFF IN THE CAR LINE -
- Parents remain in the car. If you need to exit your car, please park in designated areas and walk your child to the front of school
- We welcome students on campus beginning at 7:30 am - Students line up/go to class at 7:43 am. Please do not allow students to exit their cars until you see staff present at 7:30.
- If Staff are not present (beginning at 7:45) - DO NOT DROP OFF STUDENTS - please park to walk your student into the office to be checked in.
PLEASE do not drop students off unattended - this is unsafe and causes students stress.

Last Day of School
The last day of school for 2023-2024, May 30, will be a half day for students. Students will be released 3.5 hours early. Breakfast will be served. No lunch will be served on May 30. It will be a full day for staff.

Medications at School
If your child has any medications in the school health office, an adult will need to pick them up by 11:00 am May 30, 2024. Any medications left will be disposed of. Medications cannot be sent home with a student unless they have signed Self-Carry Medication Orders.
Please Note:
New medication orders are required for each school year. Medication Authorization Forms are available on the PSD website HERE or on the Eyestone website HERE.
Immunizations for Incoming 6th Grade Students
5th Grade Parents be advised that all 6th graders need the TDAP booster by November 1st, 2024 or a non-medical/medical exemption on file by November 1st, 2024.
Summer Program Medications
Is your student attending a PSD summer program and need medications? If you have current medication orders for your student and intend to use these for summer programs, let the health office know so we can assist with the paperwork. Your current medication order can be used for summer programs. However, medications will still need to be picked up from Eyestone Elementary by May 30th at 11:00am.

Community Opportunities
Dandelions Rising Spring Series
Dandelions Rising is accepting new families for our Spring Series!
The Dandelions Rising program was created by BIPOC parents to support children and fellow BIPOC parents and parents of BIPOC children navigate the issues they face as Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color living in northern Colorado.
Families with children ages 7-18 are invited to join for the spring series focusing on colorism and its impact on communities of color.
The spring series will take place at the Cultural Enrichment Center from 4:30-6:30pm on the following dates:
- Sunday, March 24
- Sunday, April 7
- Sunday, May 19
Participation in the spring series include monthly seminars, family-style dinner, and childcare for children under 7.
Registration is free, but space is limited. Only one registration is required per family.

Elementary and Middle School:
The True Color Effects Summer Youth Leadership Program registration is live!
The program is for PSD rising 4th through 8th graders who identify as BIPOC.
The program is free.
The mentors in the program include 5 PSD teachers of color and 9 PSD high school students (or recent grads) of color, and all are very excited to work with youth. They designed the program!
