WA Student Leaders!
We want to give our 2nd graders (the oldest students in the school) an opportunity to model expected behaviors while building their leadership skills. Not only is this beneficial to our school community as a whole, but it also helps build confidence in our 2nd grade leaders.
All students in 2nd grade are given applications to fill out at home together with their grown ups. They choose the job(s) that they are most interested in and apply. All students who submit applications will get a leadership job sometime during the school year. Their leadership job options are: Bus leaders, library helpers, hallway monitors, and tech helpers.
