Academic Advisement Night is next week!
All 9, 10th, &11th grade students and at least one adult family member should plan to attend our Advisement and Schedule Planning Meeting next week on Thursday, December 12th from 6-7:30pm. We are excited to begin planning next steps in your college & career journey as well as next school year. This meeting is planned to be virtual to assist with increased participation with our families and their schedules. Click here to join the Teams meeting on December 12th at 6pm.

Final Exam Exemption Letter & Final Exam Schedule- RMSST Fall 2024 Exam Exemption Parent Letter - Magnet News Copy
RCPS High School students have the opportunity to earn the ability to exempt a semester exam in one or more of their classes. Please review the important information below with your student ahead of First Semester 9th-12th grade final exams scheduled for December 18th-20th. Eligible students will need to complete and return the form to the front office at Rockdale Magnet School or email it to MagnetOffice@rockdale.k12.ga.us between December 9th and Tuesday, December 17th at noon.
Extended Tutorials available Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday weekly and Tutor.com FREE online
Extended Tutorial is planned on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week this semester. Students can stay after school for ANY teacher's office hours, clubs, and/or teams and then report to the extended tutorial. Students must be picked up by 6pm on extended tutorial days. This allows families a later window for transportation while allowing students access to extracurriculars and office hours..
Get a jump start on enrichment and support for second semester! Sign up for the January after school bus by December 16th.

You're Invited! Zoological and Botanical Sciences Symposium
In celebration of World Wildlife Conservation Day, the students of the Zoology and Botany classes will present research compendiums on flora and fauna to bring about awareness for the preservation of diversity on our planet.
