VETERANS DAY CELEBRATION
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Veterans Day assembly. Your presence made this event truly special, and it was an honor to come together as a community to recognize and celebrate the service of our veterans. We are incredibly grateful to the veterans and their families who have given so much for our freedom. Your sacrifices will never be forgotten. The support and engagement from our community serve as a powerful reminder of the values of Kindness, Dignity, and Respect that we hold dear.
ONLINE REPORT CARDS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL FAMILIES
To view your child’s trimester report card, please access your PowerSchool account by clicking here and choosing the option “Report Card”. The report card option is only available in a web browser, not the PowerSchool mobile app. Any item left blank is a skill not taught or assessed during this trimester. Any item that includes an asterisk (*) designates a mark based on an individualized curriculum. If you have a PowerSchool account and cannot recall your username or password, please contact Michael Weisenberger in our technology department at weisenberger.1@napls.us. Mr. Weisenberger can also assist with other issues that arise.

RECESS WEATHER & EQUIPMENT
As a reminder, students will normally have one recess each day and other times at the teacher’s discretion. Recess will be held indoors when the temperature and wind chill factor register 20 degrees or below, or when very wet weather conditions prevail.
Additionally, students should not be bringing balls from home to use on the playground during recess times. We have designated equipment available for all grades during lunch and second recess.
PRE-PLANNED ABSENCES
If you know ahead of time that your child will be absent from school, please submit a Planned Absence Form one week in advance. Thank you!
LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found season is here in full force! The days are getting cooler and students are dressing in layers. If your child has a tendency to leave any personal belongings behind, please write their name on the tag of their outerwear, and remind them to look for their missing item in our Lost and Found! If your child packs his/her lunch or carries a water bottle, please also remind them to collect their items from the playground before heading into the building and/or check Lost and Found if they have misplaced anything. Parents are welcome to look for lost items when they visit NAPS or contact Sara Peterson at peterson.2@napls.us if you need assistance looking for specific items.
