February is Busy!
We have a lot going on in February! Hang on as you never know what the weather will bring. Please make sure you are checking on your students. If they're feeling sick or have a fever at all, please make sure to keep them home until they are well enough to return to school. We want our students at full strength when they are trying to learn new material. Reminder to send a jacket most days since we never know what Texas is going to throw at us.
Some reminders:
- During Pickup - Please remember we are trying to facilitate a large number of vehicles through as quickly and safely as possible. If you are parked in the line waiting, please do not leave your vehicle unattended as it will block progress moving forward. Also, if you need to help you child buckle in, please pull up and to the right after your child is seated. Thank you for helping us get through this as efficiently as possible.
- FINANCIAL POLICY - When an account becomes two months delinquent the child(ren) will not be admitted to school after the fifth day of the third month unless arrangements for payment have been made and approved by school board - see our student handbook. Please bring your account up to date or make an appointment with the office.
- If your account is more than 60 days past due, please schedule a meeting with our financial committee to make arrangements for continued attendance and a payment plan.
