Igniting a Passion for Learning
Mission: The mission of Kewaskum Elementary School is to develop the whole child by providing an engaging and nurturing environment through high-quality teaching and learning.
Vision: The vision of Kewaskum Elementary School is to guide our students to be respectful, hopeful, compassionate, and responsible individuals who recognize and take ownership in their educational journey.
Principal Message
- A reminder that if your child is going out the front door after school (Door 1) they are considered independent walkers. There should not be families at Door 1 waiting for students or by the bell tower. Starting next week, if you are an adult waiting for a child at Door 1, staff will be checking your primary pick up mode and changing it to Walker 2. Your child will only come out of Door 1 if they are independently walking. All Walker 2 students are picked up by the fence at the 4K-2 playground. You do not have to have a car tag for this and students are dismissed starting at 3:40.
- November is here and so is the colder weather. Attached are our recess clothing expectations. Please make sure your child comes to school with the proper gear for the weather. If you are in need of any assistance for outerwear, you can reach out to Jody Mundigler at jmundigler@kewaskumschools.org.
Building Independence Skills
As we work together to support our children's growth, it's essential to emphasize the importance of building independent skills. Developing these skills not only boosts their confidence but also prepares them for future challenges.
