Asynchronous Virtual Learning Day
Friday, March 22, 2024 is designated as an Asynchronous Virtual Learning day, which means students will independently work on assignments, activities, and learning experiences. These tasks may be assigned in advance, sent home as hard copies, or posted to the appropriate course/class in Schoology. Additionally, March 22 is scheduled as an early dismissal day, so the instructional day will end two hours early.

The CDC issued new Respiratory Virus Guidance for the general public and in community settings, which provides practical recommendations and information to help people lower health risks posed by a range of common respiratory viral illnesses, including COVID-19, flu, and RSV.

Technology Information
Student Laptops
All SMCPS laptops come with the same responsibility of care and upkeep as any other loaned resources. Textbooks, novels, laptops and chargers can incur a debt if lost or damaged. Please refer to the student accountability newsletter that will be included in each weekly school newsletter.
