The Chameleons Perform Monday
On Monday, April 1, Washington students will enjoy a performance by The Chameleons on campus.
Mime is seen beginning in ancient cultures from Japan, China, Greece and Rome, and modern Italy, France and America. Through audience participation and observation, students are amazed to discover how far their imaginations -- and The Chameleons -- can take them. Magical electric stairways transport audiences through an amazing array of imaginary objects, characters, and places. "Adventures in Space" is a narrated mime theater play where two school-aged characters set off on an exploration of the galaxies, using mime and pantomime to teach the science of stars, planets and the force of gravity.

On Friday, April 19, enjoy hands-on fun at STEAM Night at Washington from 5:30 PM - 7:30PM.
