MASC Convention
- Event Date: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 - Thursday, March 13, 2025
Convention Location: Roland E. Powell Convention Center- Ocean City Maryland
Convention Registration: Registration is open for member schools.
Convention Registration Closes: Friday, February 7, 2025
Hotel Registration Opens: Monday, December 1, 2024 (School-based delegations should be ready to register by December 1, 2024.)
Hotel Registration Closes: Balance due on Friday, February 7, 2025

Membership: A MASC Member Schools Only Event
Transportation Form: Please complete the form before registering for the MASC event to secure transportation. Please specify the number of delegates and advisor(s) attending the conference. Reservation for buses is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are two buses. Once SMASC reaches its capacity, transportation will be closed.
- Open and complete the Hotel Reservation Form.
- Hotel: Please select the Doubletree by Hilton Ocean City, Oceanfront
- Save the completed form as a pdf.
- Email completed form to the contact listed for your selected hotel - Lara Meadows: lmeadows@harrisongp.com and Renee Seiden: rseiden@harrisongp.com
- Hotel will email the following back to the advisor: (1) a credit card authorization form (or invoice for those schools that need to pay by check) for first night deposit, (2) rooming list template for you to complete and submit back to the hotel to confirm your rooms, (3) request for you to submit a copy of your state tax exempt form. (NOTE FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Please email Kevin Wright (ktwright@smcps.org) regarding the SMCPS state tax exempt form.)
- Advisor should complete all items and return to the hotel.
- Hotel will generate confirmation numbers for each room and email advisor.
- Full payment due to hotel no later than February 7, 2025.
MASC Winter Conference
Event Date: Saturday, January 25, 2025
Location: Walter Johnson High School, Montgomery County
On-site Check-in: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Event: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Registration Opens: Registration is open for member schools.
Registration closes: Wednesday, January 15, 2025
Cost: $30 for students and advisors ($25 for approved, selected presenters)
