Falcon Express Update to Families

Dear Falcon Families,

I hope this message finds you well. As we near the end of the fourth quarter, I would like to inform you that progress reports are now available for your review. We resumed year-end testing last week, and I am proud to express my admiration for the outstanding dedication and hard work of our students throughout this school year. I am confident that their efforts will lead to positive outcomes as we approach the end of the school year. Please find the testing schedule below.

This week marks Teacher Appreciation Week, and we will honor our teachers. The PTSA has a few ideas on special ways to honor your child's teacher. Please see the flyer below.

Lastly, please mark your calendars for our highly anticipated year-end awards ceremony, taking place on May 14th, 2024, at 5:45 PM in Millennium Hall. This ceremony is a time to celebrate our students' achievements and honor their hard work throughout the year. Students who will be receiving an award were notified last week.

Towards the end of the year, we will be organizing various rewards to honor our hardworking students who have demonstrated P.R.I.D.E. among their peers. One such event is the field day, which will take place during the morning block before lunch on the following dates:

6th grade: May 21st

7th grade: May 22nd

8th grade: May 23rd

Students from the sixth and Seventh grades are eligible to attend the field day, provided they have not received a discipline referral. Permission slips will be distributed during the week of May 13th, and students must bring them on the day of the event to participate.

You can meet the Vandenberg family at their store on a regular basis.
