Wildcat Bulletin: We ARE #WildcatPride!
Wildcat Families,
It's hard to believe that we are approaching the last week of the school year. We are grateful for the work that you have done and the commitment that has been made from faculty, staff, parents, and students during Digital Learning. We can not THANK YOU enough!
Please see below for information regarding Student Belonging Pickups.
Statham Elementary School End of the Year Student Belongings Pickup
All student items were packed up prior to SES Renovations.
In these bags are all of their personal items, field day t-shirts, Class Pictures (if purchased) Yearbooks, etc.
Specifics:
- Parents with multiple kids/ multiple grade levels will come pick up during the youngest child’s pick up time. This will help us better manage multi-kid families.
- If parents cannot make pick up, parents will be able to pick up items during our 2020-2021 Open House.
Pick Up Logistics:
Parents will come through the car rider line as if it is a rainy day (Coming up to awning, near gymnasium, and KDG door) Signs will be posted to direct you.
Parents are not allowed to get out of vehicles.
To expedite the process, parents are asked to show their car rider tags, if they are normally car riders.
If you are not normally a car rider or misplaced your car rider tag, please write your child’s name and grade level on a piece of paper and show this when you pull up.
All items that are to be returned/ picked up, must be done from the trunk or rear hatch of each vehicle. Please have items in the trunk/ rear hatch prior to pulling up. When you pull up to the line, please pop your trunk/ rear hatch, so that helpers can retrieve items and place items in the trunk/ rear hatch.
Technology/ Library Books:
Technology will be retrieved from families that are moving out of the district, families that no longer have a need for district issued Chromebooks, and damaged Chromebooks. All returning students will keep technology until the next school year.
Students can also return Library Books or classroom books.
