Aviator Update #14
November 17, 2024
B Week: November 18-22
Dear Aviator Families,
Can you believe there are only 7 school days left in November? Time sure flies when you’re SOARing. Let’s finish the month strong with stellar attendance and behaviors that make our Duke community shine.
This Friday, we’re wrapping up the week with our November Community Gathering—a time to celebrate the amazing students and staff that make our school feel like home.
After next week, we’ll begin to deck the halls (and offices) for the holidays! If you’re ready to retire an old Christmas tree, don’t toss it—recycle it with us! Our PTA would love to give it a second life for their annual “Santa Fly In” event. Simply email cwfdespta@gmail.com to arrange a drop-off!
Thank you for being part of what makes Duke such a special place. Let’s end November on a high note!
Warmly,
Katie Kortokrax, Principal
Zach Adams, Assistance Principal
