Note from our Principals
Hello Waubesa Families,
We’re providing some quick traffic pattern updates to ensure a safe and efficient pick-up and drop-off process. Please review the updated Traffic Pattern Map below and note the following:
Use the drop off circle NOT the parking lot or bus loop to drop off kids.
Pull up to the front of the circle where the pickup/dropoff begins.
Once you are parked next to a sidewalk or yellow lines, have them exit/enter your vehicle curbside and walk
For drop-off, please have them ready to go so that there is no delay once you are parked
After your child has exited the car, please pull all the way around so that the next group of cars can drop off. (the main point here being that the kids can use the ENTIRE sidewalk to walk into the building. They do not need valet service.)
Please be mindful of our neighbors who live near Waubesa, particularly the homes on Red Oak so we don’t block their driveway if they’re needing to come or go.
Thank you for your cooperation and support! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Winter Weather Recess Guidelines
Our playground is MUDDY. This is something we can not control. Please feel free to pack an extra pair of pants if your student accidently falls in the mud.
As a reminder please make sure your students have proper gear for outside. This would include but not limited to a coat, boots, mittens, hat, etc. It is suggested to have a back up pair of socks and/or shoes in their cubby if needed. An additional pair of pants could also be helpful if needed. The office can not provide gear or additional clothes for students who occasionally forget the essential items or dirty them during recess. If you are in need of gear for winter please email Emily Gierl our School Social Worker at Gierle@mcfsd.org.
