• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills- Fluent English required and strong Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken)

• A related university degree (or degree in progress)

• Previous volunteering experience or internship in NGOs, consulting, entrepreneurship, programme management and creative industries or related fields are preferred but not required.

Selected fellows will be working closely with the Projects Team in our 3 pillars of our work: Impactful Enterprises, Empowered Citizens and Inclusive Cities and Communities. Your day to day activities will relate to the design and delivery of projects and programmes . Under the guidance and overall supervision of the relevant Impact Managers, you will be expected to carry out the following core responsibilities:

Project Management

• Assist in the management of the project life cycle of multiple events.
  
• Assist in the design, conceptualisation and planning of current and future events and community projects
  
• Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
  
• Project reporting
  

Product Development

• Support with the ideation and development of new products and services.
  
• Support the Project Team with Business Development activities.

Account Management

• Drafting proposals for potential clients
  
• Assist with communication with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements

Strategic Communications & Social media management

• Work with the team to respond to social media and email queries instantly regarding the programmes
• Build a social media hype around programmes and activities
