Dear Green Hope High School Families,

I hope you are having a wonderful summer! We are excited for the start of the 2024-2025 school year, which will be here before we know it!! This school year marks the 25th Year of Green Hope High School! We are grateful for the many impactful moments that have built this great school and community. As we grow, we continuously adapt to design more defining moments that will leave positive impacts on students and families.

Please make sure you review the Family Resource Guide (linked below) to be knowledgeable about the policies and procedures of GHHS and WCPSS. There are adjustments to previous practices in an effort to create the most safe and efficient practices.

As a reminder, we do not have schoolwide or grade level Supply Lists for students. However, some teachers will have class specific requests. This information will be provided by the teachers directly at the "Meet the Teacher" Open House on August 26th and in their class syllabi.

The student schedules visible in Powerschool are not yet final. We thank you for your patience as we work to create the most balanced, appropriate schedules possible. Once we finalize schedules, we will send a separate email notification along with the process students can follow to request schedule changes. Please do not email counselors directly at this time with a schedule change request.

Fall Sports Tryouts begin on July 31st. Please make sure you visit the GHHS Athletic Website for details about each sport. All prospective athletes MUST be cleared through DragonFly before being allowed to participate.
