Welcome Back WMS Families!
My name is Jim Greene, and I am thrilled and deeply honored to be your new school Principal. I hold this position with immense pride and enthusiasm, and I am excited to collaborate with each of you to create a vibrant learning environment for our students.
I am deeply committed to empowering students, supporting teachers, and fostering a culture of excellence. Raised in a family of educators, I reside in Mentor with my wife, Liz, and our two boys, Ray and Dean. I believe in collaboration, innovation, and student-centered leadership as we work together to achieve our educational goals. As your new principal, my door is always open, and I am here to listen, learn, and lead with compassion and integrity.
I am eagerly looking forward to meeting each one of you and am genuinely excited about the endless possibilities for Willoughby Middle School in the 24-25 school year!
