3rd and 4th Grade STAAR Results
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has designed a family portal to allow students and their parents the ability to view their STAAR assessment results from current and previous test administrations. In many cases, you can also see the test question, selected answer choice, and a reason why the answer choice is correct or incorrect. The family portal is available at texasassessment.gov.
Each student is provided a unique access code to log in to the data portal. This code can be found on your child’s Home Access Center page. Once you’ve logged into Home Access Center:
Select the Grades tab, then Texas Test Scores. Choose the English version.
Results from the 2024 STAAR assessments are expected to be available in the portal beginning June 14, 2024. For additional information on how to interpret the STAAR report card, please visit https://www.texasassessment.gov/staar-score. If you have any questions related to the STAAR assessments, please feel free to email Teresa Sullivan at teresasullivan@tomballisd.net or Jennifer Surber at jennifersurber@tomballisd.net.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Surber

Monday is Career Day at Willow Creek. We have wonderful volunteers who are coming to help your child learn about various careers. Have you shared your career with your child? Do they understand what you do every day? Often children tend to have limited thinking when it comes to career paths such as a major league sports player, police officer, firefighter, teacher, or doctor. Your child doesn’t need to know what they want to be in elementary school or even high school, but the more exposure they have to types of careers, the more likely they are to understand that they live in a world with a lot of choices.
