Potter Road’s First Ever Discovery Hour - June 13th!

Next week, on June 13th, Potter Road will be hosting a Discovery Hour for all students! Discovery Hour is an opportunity for each student to participate in a fun activity with different students and teachers across the school community. All students ranked their favorite activities and have been assigned to one of their top 3 choices. Activities include bracelets, volleyball, soccer, sand art, watercolors, board games, math tasks, tie dye, reader’s theater, gymnastics, solar cards, karaoke, cooking, maker space, dungeons and dragons, zumba, outdoor games, and more! Students will be told their activity on Wednesday, June 12th.

Thank you to the PTO for purchasing needed supplies to make this opportunity a reality. Pictures of the joy will be shared during the last week of school. All students belong at Potter Road and we look forward to students making connections with other students with shared interests across the school community.

Celebrate the end of the year with us on June 17th starting at 6:00 p.m. at the End of Year Picnic and Festa Junina! Details are included in the attached flier.

Important reminders for Wednesday, June 12th and Friday, June 14th

*There will be no rolling drop off on Wednesday, June 12th and Friday June 14th. Families are welcomed to park on the roads surrounding Potter Road and walk their child to the back entrance where staff members will be waiting to receive them.

Please remember that all borrowed library books need to be returned to Mrs. Karpiez as soon as possible. Thank you.

The online transportation request form for the 2024 - 2025 school year is now available!

ALL families requesting transportation must complete the transportation request form in Aspen. If you do not need a bus, you do not need to complete the form in Aspen X2.

School Begins: 9:05am

School Dismissal: 3:20pm

Early Release Dismissal: 12:55pm (lunch is served)

Half-Day Dismissal: 12:20pm (lunch is not served)

Note: Vehicles are prohibited from entering the school grounds between 9:00 AM - 9:25 AM and 3:00 PM - 3:25 PM to allow for the safe arrival and departure of buses and students.
