This is MY Whitehall-Coplay
In December, we ran a contest with our High School Photography Club and Digital Photography students to capture images that represent their perspective of what Whitehall-Coplay means to them. Our hope is that we will continue to expand this to the rest of our student body so that they can share images that make Whitehall-Coplay a great place to learn and grow.

This photo shows the support of parents for our players. Showing support for the kids is a special thing because it makes them feel good about their game.
Zephyrs in Service: Whitehall High School
In this section, we highlight Whitehall-Coplay students who are actively engaging in community service, embodying the spirit of "We Are Zephyrs." Their efforts to uplift and support our local community reflect the strength and unity that make Whitehall-Coplay a special place to live and grow.
The Photography Club was created to foster an environment for photographers on any experience level that encourages creativity, learning, and teamwork through events and meetings. The club aims to provide a supportive space where members can share feedback, learn from each other, and explore the art of photography. They work with the district to capture moments from holiday events, musicals, sports and much more. They have connected with the Whitehall-Coplay Press to showcase their skills in the local newspaper. They have won multiple art awards both locally and nationally. Our graduated members can be seen coming back to continue their art and collaborating with current members, working with their universities, and starting their own professional careers. You will see the members' presence not just on campus but also supporting each other online. It is a great group of students and the club continues to grow!

Volunteering as a coach , I gained leadership experience and I built bonds with the players. I also enjoy coaching because it allows me to help inspire younger kids.
Zephyr Zoom In: Whitehall-Coplay Middle School
Here at Whitehall-Coplay School District, our classrooms are buzzing with energy as students take on hands-on projects, collaborative learning, and creative challenges. From STEM experiments to artistic endeavors, the spirit of "We Are Zephyrs" shines through in every lesson, reflecting our pride and commitment to excellence.
The students began by exploring the fundamental laws of force and motion. With these principles in mind, they embarked on the challenge of creating functional balloon cars. Each student had to carefully consider how to harness the power of air propulsion to move their cars forward efficiently. They tested various materials, adjusted their designs, and learned from trial and error.
This initiative not only reinforced their understanding of physics but also encouraged a deeper appreciation for the scientific method. The result was a series of creative, unique balloon cars that showcased the students' hard work and ingenuity. Thank you to Mrs. Neas and Mr. Sommer for facilitating this learning experience for our students.
