I’m passionate about helping students who otherwise may not have access to materials that could help them with college admissions. The workshops will be Monday and Wednesdays 6-8pm CT. I will be alternating weeks with Mondays being for Math or Reading sections and Wednesdays being for Science or English sections. The workshops cost $10 for each class and the registration link can be found here A video explaining why the ACT is so important and providing a little more information about these workshops can be found here.
My teaching background:
I attended the University of Tulsa and graduated with a B.S. in psychology and Spanish minor. Congratulations To the boy’s swim team for another fantastic state meet on Friday! The Indians tied for 8th place as a team and had a number of top 8 metal finishes including two school records and a first team All-State selection. The 200-medley relay tied the school record with a time of 1:40.45 and finished sixth. The 200-freestyle relay finished in fourth place at state with their best time of the season. Junior Lopez had a great meet with a PR in the 200 Freestyle and also just missed his 100 Fly PR by a tenth of a second to finish 10th in both his events. Caleb Sostarich capped an amazing swimming career at North with a 7th place finish in the 100 Breaststroke and two very strong efforts on his two relays. Cameron Lee was the star of the day for North, finishing 4th in both his 100 Butterfly and his 100 Breaststroke, breaking his own school record in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:00.02, barely missing the sub-one-minute mark. He also broke the magical 22 second mark in the 50 freestyle with a 21.80. Lee was named 1st Team All State by the Kansas Swim Coaches Association for his fine effort. Jakob Rooney, Jorge Coromac, Charlie Brooks, and Jack Nely finished the night by dropping over two seconds from their 400 Freestyle Relay.
