Schools in our area are facing an unprecedented shortage of substitute teachers. Guest teaching is fun and rewarding and highly qualified substitute teachers are needed to ensure uninterrupted learning in every classroom.
You may obtain a Wisconsin Substitute Teacher License if you hold an Associate degree or higher and complete an approved training program.
The CESA 10 Substitute Teacher Preparatory Program is designed to prepare participants to be effective substitute teachers. It begins with a comprehensive online program you may complete when it is most convenient. Your enrollment includes assistance in navigating the Department of Public Instruction's licensing application process.
