How to access your Drive
- login to your gmail
- click tab on top "Drive"
- on the left, click "Create"
- choose "Document" or "Presentation"
Sharing Data
- click on upper right hand corner "Share"
- bottom of sharing settings, invite people
- type in email address- choose "can edit" or "can view"
More privacy options
- choose options to allow more access
- select from "private to anyone can see"
Benefits of using Google Drive
- create document or presentation anywhere with wifi
- share work with classmates/peers
- collaborate in real time from anywhere
- send finished project/paper to teacher easily
- never have work that is unaccessable
- no need for a thumb drive or passing documents back and forth using email attachments
