LEARN MORE...
Annelies and Greg were both trained on an Eastern medicine model from one of the first acupuncture schools in America! It was originally called the Tai Sophia Institute, and started by Dianne Connley and Bob Duggan. Annelies and Greg both studied Transformative Leadership here in 2012. Tai Sophia later became the Maryland University of Integrative Health where Annelies completed her Master's degree in Coaching.
The Eastern medicine model they'll share is nature-based and helps teach resilience and wellbeing from a wholistic perspective. It's a tremendously useful approach for transformation. According to Eastern traditions of Wu Xing (wÅ ching) and Tao, there are five seasons each represented by an element, a color and a series of emotional characteristics. Here's a simplified explanation with dates for each dinner experience this year. Mark your calendars!
- April 6th :: Element of SPRING : Wood : Green : Creativity : Anger
- June 15 :: Element of SUMMER : Fire : Red : Connectivity : Joy
- Aug 17 :: Element of LATE SUMMER : Earth : Yellow : Integrity : Sympathy
- Oct 19 :: Element of AUTUMN : Metal : White : Acknowledgement : Grief
- Dec 21 :: Element of WINTER : Water : Blue : Stillness : Fear
Annelies and Greg are thrilled to hold sacred space in nature with you, along with Tami Purdue of Sweet Peas Urban Garden and George Acosta of Flavors of Finesse. Join us! We look forward to welcoming you home! :)
