Dear District 70 Families:
Tuesday, Sept. 17 will mark Day 2 of the D70 Safety Week, which runs Sept. 16-20. The goal is to raise awareness about school safety among our students, parents, staff, and community members.
During each school day for the rest of this week, students will view a short video that has a "Safety Tip of the Day." Tuesday’s tip focuses on Weather Emergencies, such as a tornado drill. In addition to a safety tip for students, this video also has some tips for parents. Thank you to the Libertyville Fire Department for helping put this video together!
