Q. How can I sign up?
A. Fill out the application for each show you want.
Q. Can I sign up now and pay later?
A. I will send an invoice once you are approved. Space is guaranteed once paid.
Q. I do not see Evermore on this list! Why?
A. Evermore is currently the subject of great controversy. We are not opening this show to any new vendors until they have resolved this controversy.
Q. I don’t know if I am signed up for a show.
A. Comment here or PM me and I can look. You can still fill out the application to be announced.
Notes:
1. Food vendors at Sandy show must get venue approval in addition to the booth.
2. I will only accept one vendor in each non-rock category. IE: 1 3d print artist, 1 henna artist, 1 facepaint artist, 1 savory snack artist, 1 sweet snack artist. This is both to make sure artists are able to thrive as well as keep this a rock and crystal show! These are first come first serve. No more than 10% of the show will be non-rock related vendors.
3. Sponsors and VIP vendors will be prioritized on booth space changes. Booth space chances are subject to availability. Booths are not guareteed to be upgraded even if there is space.
4. Any 10x10 booth must be accessible from the 10 foot space. You may not go over your space even by a couple inches.
5. Speakers must be kept at a low volume only heard within one booth space.
6. Children under 12 must be with their parents.
7. THERE IS NO EARLY TAKE DOWN, LATE SETUP, or ONE DAY VENDORS.
8. All booth spaces are non-refundable.
9. VIP snack and break areas are only for use by VIP vendors and sponsors.
10. You may share your booth space but all vendors at the show must be signed up and approved.
11. This is a family friendly event and a community. No talking negatively of the venue, vendors, clients, sponsors, or show hosts. Doing so will result in not belong allowed to come back.
12. Booths featuring items or services other than what is on their application are subject to being asked to leave without a refund. Example: if your application says you sell crystal wands but your booth sells only stickers.
