Back to School forms were emailed to families on Aug. 5. Packets are in the office if you'd like a paper form. When families turn in the forms, which means showing proof of digital upload, at Seawolf Day, then students will get a spirit t-shirt and find out who their teacher is.
All students will receive an email on Monday, Aug. 15, after 5pm, with a not from their teacher. The office will be ready with lists for the first day of school.
All forms are due at school no later than Aug. 22, 2023.

Welcome to a new school year with the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District. We invite you to complete all Beginning of Year Notifications and access the Parent Annual Notifications through your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
It is important that you review your student’s data for accuracy. The District and your student’s school use the information provided to support your child’s academic success and safety. Updated data allows us to maintain important information, contact you or others in the event of a school emergency, respond appropriately to a medical situation involving your child, and communicate your child’s academic progress.
Education Code section 48982 requires acknowledgement of being informed which is performed by physically or electronically signing the parent acknowledgement card as an acknowledgement that you have received the notice and have been informed of your rights.
How do I get started?
You must have a PowerSchool parent portal account to access your student’s data and the Annual Notices.
If you already have a parent portal account, log in to access the Annual Notices, click ‘Forms’ in the left side menu, then select the ‘Enrollment’ tab. Detailed instructions can be found here.
Written and video instructions for setting up your parent portal account can be found on our website under “Parent Portal Account Creation”. Once you are successfully logged in to your Parent Portal account, please refer to these instructions for accessing the forms.

ALL volunteers must complete the CRPUSD Volunteer Registration Process, which includes fingerprinting. There is parent talk that this seems like too much time so please assure parents that once they do this, they are cleared for middle and high-school. Here is a blurb to send parents:
Please complete the application form and get yourself fingerprinted. This MUST be completed before you can volunteer. Once this is completed, you are clear for the duration of your child's school experience in CRPUSD, including high-school and middle school!
