In order to finish strong for the 2024-2025 school year, Cerro Villa is encouraging students and staff to "Level Up" for the remainder of the year. "Leveling Up" means being better than we were in the beginning of the year. As we accumulate our "Win the Days", we are "Leveling Up"!

Homework Help Is Available!
Homework is available for all students. Mrs. Itani will hold before school sessions on Tuesday / Thursday, and Friday's after school. Mr. Tanenbaum will host after school on Tuesday / Thursday.

Villa Park National Honor Society Tutoring
CV has partnered with Villa Park High Schools National Honor Society students to assist with Homework help Tutoring. NHS tutors will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Room 122 to assist with Homework help. Please view schedule of subjects assisting with:
OUSD Drug Prevention Workshop for Parents
OUSD will host a district-wide drug prevention presentation by OCDE, available in both English and Spanish.
This session will be held on April 22 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the District Board Rooms.
VPE, Serrano, Nohl Canyon Poker Night
The bi-annual poker night hosted by Villa Park Elementary Dad's Club is happening on Saturday, April 26th at 7pm at Villa Park City Hall.

CV End of Year Expectations
Cerro Villa has exciting end of year activities planned for our 7th and 8th grade students. The below expectation worksheets were handed out and returned by students. If you did not see the worksheet or sign it, please do so and have your student return to their 1st period teacher.
CARES coming to CV in 2025
OUSD is bringing the CARES program to CV in the Fall of 2025! CARES (Centers for Afterschool Recreation, Enrichment, and Safety) is bringing the FORGE to CV. AM and PM care is available.

Computer Prep for SBAC Testing
To prepare for SBAC testing, we are asking students to follow the computer update procedures to better the test taking experience. Teachers will also have students follow these update guidelines.
