HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Cooper's birthday was last Sunday and Monday at school, he was able to celebrate with his favorite students in Mrs. Gorgen's 2nd Grade Class! We hope you had a special day, Cooper!
STATE BOWLING SUCCESS
Let's hear it for our bowlers! Mineral Point recently had several current and former students successfully participate in the Special Olympics Unified Bowling Tournament. The focus of Unified Sports is to develop athletic skills while forming friendships, fostering respect for each other, and becoming leaders on and off the field of play.
Our top Pointer finisher was 4th Grader Lincoln Terrill who claimed 1st Place in the State Singles Division 30!
Congrats to all!
Athletes: Caiti McGuire, Trevor MacGilvra, AJ Rury, Ryker Johnson, and Lincoln Terrill.
Unified Partners: Lindsey Terrill, Jacob Klein, and Eli Klein.

ALL EYES ON US
All eyes on us! One last stat from 2024 -- our Facebook page had 2.8 million views for the year! Not too shabby for a district of 805 students. Thank you for caring about #PointerNation -- we look forward to continuing to share the stories about what makes this a great place to be in 2025.

LITTLE SNOWFLAKES
Snowflake, snowflake dance around! 4K students made snowflakes using marshmallows and toothpicks after they listened to the story "The Little Snowflake" by Steve Metzger.
BE THE I IN KIND
You can put the I in kind! Thanks to our own Kit Finley for bringing more kindness to #PointerNation! Her sign encourages people to stop and remember the importance of being kind.
HOFFMAN COMMITS TO UWP
Liz Hoffman has had a fabulous high school career wearing our Blue and White and is now officially committed to play Softball at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and don their Blue and Orange!
The #PointerNation Senior, a two-time SWAL First Team All-Conference pitcher, signed her Letter of Intent to play at the NCAA Division 3 level Thursday morning with some of her family, Coach Quinn Schultz, and Athletic Director Chris Carr by her side.
Best wishes to Liz as she continues to pursue her academic and athletic dreams. Your family, coaches, friends, mentors, school, and community are very proud of all that you have and will accomplish!

We love sharing our talented students' artwork with you! Check out 3rd Grade's tints and shades silhouette projects!

Talent never graduates! Check out some familiar #PointerNation Alumni faces that joined us this past week at Pep Band! Keep on rocking!
