Happy Summer Cub Families!

I wanted to leave the helpful tips here for your family to have a smooth transition to summer. Allow time to settle into the new routine (routines and schedules are important!).

• Establish rules and guidelines – together.
• Maintain a routine and bedtime (again, routines and schedules are important!).
• Stay busy, but not too busy!! Allow for some downtime.
• Keep learning alive!! Read as a family, play fun and educational games, and learn new things.

Transition to Summertime

As you prepare for next school year and you have gently worn clothes that your kiddos have outgrown, please consider donating them to our Cub Closet. Our Cub Closet is the place any of our students can come if they need an article of clothing for any reason; they had a spill or an accident, they forgot their sweatshirt or jacket, they broke a shoe, or they just need something to wear. The items we need the most are for ages 4-12.

• Sweatpants, pull on shorts, or leggings
• T-shirts and sweatshirts
• CCES Spirit Shirts
• Shoes

I will be back on campus on July 21st. Feel free to reach out, and we can arrange for you to drop items off at the front office.
