RMS COMING EVENTS
LOTS OF FUN DURING SPIRIT WEEK
Spirit weeks are a wonderful way to boost morale, foster community spirit, and create a fun and inclusive environment within the school. It's great to hear that teachers, students, and staff all enjoyed the Spirit Week at RMS. These kinds of activities not only bring people together but also promote school pride and positive relationships among everyone involved. As always, we thank to Mr. Guerzon, the Explore/Yearbook/Video Productions teacher, for taking the traditional group picture!

MESSAGE FROM THE RMS HEALTH OFFICE
Your child is required to have the Tdap booster vaccine for 7th-grade entry. Many children have already received the Tdap booster as part of their routine well-child visits through their pediatrician. Please take a look at your child's immunization record to see if this has been done already. If it has, please send me their updated immunization records and I can get you crossed off my list. If not, it will need to be completed by 7th grade registration in August.
Please send a copy of your child's immunization record to lindseysaunders@vistausd.org
For more info on immunizations, visit https://www.shotsforschool.org/

find it difficult to embrace who we are. Often, struggling with mental health

COMMUNITY UPDATE
NCPC COMMUNITY SURVEY
Hello Everyone,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of North Coastal Prevention Coalition (NCPC), we would like to invite you to complete a short, 5-minute, survey. Over the past few months, NCPC Board of Directors has launched Strategic Planning efforts to prioritize issues, build community support and demonstrate our impact to support our mission. In order to do this, we have created a 9-question survey to gather the community’s input and feedback on NCPC and substance abuse topics you are concerned with in your community. Our goal is to collect as many responses from community members (youth and adults), leaders, groups and organizations. We ask that you complete this survey and please forward to others in your network working or living in the cities of Carlsbad, Oceanside or Vista.
