Cap & Gown Presentation - Oct. 28
*UPDATED 10/28/24*
Jostens was here on Monday October 28th to visit with your senior about their 2025 graduation cap & gown and other senior year items. We thought you would appreciate having a copy of what was handed out during their assembly.
In order to receive the best pricing of the year, please be sure to order by Monday November 11th. When you order by this date, you will be a part of the Group Order Discount and save a lot of stress rather than waiting until spring.
Click here to be taken directly to our school’s homepage at Jostens.
Please reach out to our Campus Secretary Laura Severding at severdil@friscoisd.org if you have any questions or concerns.
Cap and Gown Pick-Up - March 4th
Students will be able to pick up their cap and gown orders in the CHS Aux Gym from 12:15 - 12:45pm (advisory) on March 4th. You must have your drivers license or student ID to pick up cap and gown.
PTSA Graduation Cords (NEW)
Beginning with this year's Class of 2025, Frisco Council of PTAs, with the approval and support of FISD Administration, is excited to introduce the PTSA Graduation Cord Program. Graduating high school seniors will have the opportunity to be awarded a PTSA cord to wear with their cap and gown at graduation and PTSA cord information will be denoted in the graduation program for your specific high school.
The PTSA cords can be earned through membership and participation in your high school campus PTSAs. Points towards a PTSA graduation cord will be accumulated each school year.
Students - For more information, join us at our next CHS PTSA Membership meeting on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at 6pm in the CHS Library.

Senior Dues/Fee in OSF - Campus Sponsored Events
*UPDATED 10/21/24*
Senior families will notice that there are four, optional, $25 fees loaded in OSF. Rather than loading 1 lump fee in the spring for Prom and other campus-based senior activities, we determined to break the fee down so that students and parents can pay throughout the year to ease a bit of the financial burden. These Senior Dues will support our efforts to celebrate our seniors through campus-based senior activities such as Senior Field Day and any others throughout the year.
- All money contributed through the Senior Dues/Fee will be utilized to support senior activities and events on campus.
- Senior Dues/Fee must be paid in full ($100) to also cover a prom ticket. (Guest prom tickets will need to be purchased separately)
- All fees are nonrefundable
Senior One Pass - Senior Booster Sponsored Events
*UPDATED 10/21/24*
The $150 "Senior One Pass" is an opportunity that is offered through the Senior Parents Booster Club, which is a parent run 501c3 organization. The Senior Parents Booster Club organizes events and activities for seniors that are separate from any campus-based activities and does not cover prom.
More information about what is included with this pass can be found in the Info From Senior Parents section of the CHS Counseling Corner Newsletter

Graduation Ceremony Information
Here is the information we can share at this time. We will send updates once we have them. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Tickets: 12 tickets per graduate. Family and guests must have a ticket to attend. Tickets will be given to the students after graduation practice. There will not be a system established by the campus for requesting extra tickets. You are welcome to share tickets among other families.
Live streaming: Will be available for home watch parties. More info will be posted on the FISD Graduation website in early May 2025.
Accessibility: If you or a family member requires an American Sign Language interpreter, please contact our campus secretary at severdil@friscoisd.org.
Dress Code: Dress code for graduation is simply to wear nice clothes under the graduation gown. Heels and wedges do not work well on the artificial turf, so flats and dress shoes are highly recommended (really anything flat will be allowed besides tennis shoes). Do not write or draw on your graduation cap! This is a FISD rule.
