How to pay online

When going to this link please make sure you are signing into your account using your parent login. If you use the guest link it WILL NOT be applied to your student's account. (If you login in through your student's account, it will not bring up fines or fees).
New Students to SBLSD: Your login and passwords were mailed home to you and will be active in August.
Families will be able to purchase items such as ASB cards, yearbooks, etc. There is a fee of no more than $1.00 per transaction and payments are credited to your student's account.
Fees that can be paid online: Yearbook ($60), ASB ($40), Fall Sport Athletic Fee ($95). If you know you are in a class or activity with a fee, (like band for example,) you can also pay this online.
Fees you are NOT able to pay online: Parking (this must be paid in person due to limited space). Students must have a valid license and insurance to be eligible to purchase. Pictures can be paid online through Perlers—see picture section of this newsletter. Spirit Gear due to sizing and inventory.
Don’t know your Family Access login or password? If you need to obtain your user ID and password please contact the Registrar, Jessica Doble, through June at 891-5500. From June 29 - August 15 call the district office, 891-6000. FYI: These passwords can only be mailed home or provided in person.
Free and Reduced information: Paperwork to apply for free and reduced fees will be mailed home in August with the district calendar. You can also complete this online at the district website. A confirmation letter is mailed home following the processing of the application.
Whenever paying fees at school be sure to have your Free/Reduced confirmation letter with you. Thank you!
Chromebooks Assurance at Spartan Days!
For 10th-12th graders you are able to buy Assurance ($20) during Spartan Days or you can buy it online prior to Spartan Days
9th graders you will get a chromebook at Spartan Days and will be able to buy Assurance if you would like. If you still have your middle school chromebook please bring it to Spartan Days to turn in.
*After September Assurance prices will go up to $25
Student Picture Information
Pictures for ID and yearbook are taken during Spartan Days. Purchasing information is mailed home over the summer from Perlers, our school photographer. This will also be available at the picture table at Spartan Days. If you miss Spartan Days, picture makeup day is September 12 and retakes are October 16th during school. You can prepay ahead of time online by going to their website https://www.prepaysystems.com/view/Q9jrs6VW/sumner-high-school. Be sure to bring your receipt to Spartan Days as proof of payment.
*To ensure your picture in the yearbook, please be sure to make it to one of these days.

Parking Information
SENIORS: Parking in the Stadium parking is available for purchase during spartan days on a first come first serve basis, until spots are filled. Cost: $30
JUNIORS: Parking in the North Lot (off Washington Street) will be available for purchase during spartan days on a first come first serve basis, until spots are filled. Cost: $30
In order to purchase you will need:
- completed parking application (will be sent to your student email on August 16, 2024)
- Valid driver's license
- Make, model, and license plate number (of the car you will be driving)
- No outstanding fines
*Parking at SHS is very limited, and we only have a limited amount of spots available for purchase for students.

As a reminder if you student is in a class with a fee attached to it, it will be automatically added to your students account. A list of class fees are below.
Transcript Request
- Go to parchment.com
- Click on create account in the upper right corner
- Create a "learner or parents" account
- From there you can request official and unofficial transcripts

The District utilizes ParentSquare for its robocalls, emails, text messages and more!

Please make sure your contact information is up-to-date in Skyward Family Access. With text messaging a family-preferred communication format, be sure to include your cell phone number in the primary phone field.

Sumner Bonney Lake School District is partnering with Final Forms clearance system. The first step is to register at: https://sumner-wa.finalforms.com and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER
It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration.
Provide copy of current physical (physical must be current for duration of season); Email Jamie Voiles; Fax SHS (253) 891-5585; upload it to FinalForms; Or Bring into SHS in person. PHYSICAL EXAMS: A physical exam must be current within the past 24 months. This must be signed and dated by the physician. If the student’s physical expires during the season, they will not be able to play until a new physical exam is received.
Complete and fill in all required forms in each of the sections online
Purchase ASB Card $45
Pay athletic participation fee $95 for all sports except: Football - $120; Lacrosse - $115. Payments can be made at SHS, district office or online https://wa-sumner.intouchreceipting.com/
Clear all fines
Confirm clearance on FinalForms. All sections will turn green once completed and cleared. If red, FinalForms will state what needs to be completed in the status.

Below you’ll find each sport offered at Sumner High School, grouped by season, with the name and email address of the head coach for that sport. If you are interested in that sport, you should contact the coach by email. Not every sport works out in the summer, but many do.
The fall sports season starts on Wednesday, August 16, 2022 for football and Monday, August 21, 2022 for all other fall sports. In planning family vacations, please make sure that you are back in time for tryouts.

Fall Sports Tryout Schedule and Information
New bag requirement for varsity football games at district stadiums
To help ensure the safety of spectators and security at our stadiums, only clear bags will be allowed at high school varsity football games at Sunset and Panther stadiums beginning fall 2024.
New requirements for guests who attend varsity football games:
Only clear bags or small clutch/purses/wallets will be allowed inside the stadiums
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
A small clutch bag, not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried inside the stadiums
Other types of bags will not be allowed inside the stadiums

Families of Sumner-Bonney Lake students in need may pick up school supplies, such as backpacks, pens, pencils, crayons, notebooks, binders, and more at these grab-and-go events in August:
