Message from the Principal
Central Crossing High School Students & Families:
Second Semester: Second semester begins Wednesday, January 22. Students should check their second semester schedules in Infinite Campus to make sure they are following their most recent schedule. We anticipate Term 2 Grade Cards being posted in Infinite Campus on January 31. Additionally please make sure to mark your calendars for Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, February 27 (3:30 - 7:30 pm). Sign ups will be available in the middle of February.
Therapy Dog: Central Crossing High School is excited to announce a new “staff member”, Bo who will join us on campus starting next week. Bo is a certified therapy dog through the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office’s Therapy K9 school and who is also credentialed under the Alliance of Therapy Dogs accredited program.
Starting next week, Bo will be on-site to bring comfort, reduce stress, and foster positive connections with students and staff.
Many in the community may already be familiar with Bo who is a staple at the Southwest Public Library (SWPL) Grove City campus. Looking ahead to next week, Bo will now continue his important community work here at CCHS under the care of his handler, School Resource Officer Shaw of the Grove City Police Department (GCPD).
While there is much excitement about Bo’s arrival, we recognize that some students may have medical concerns or certain aversions to dogs. Parents are encouraged to notify the school office if their child requires accommodations to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
In summary, Bo will be on campus regularly to provide a calming presence and spread positivity. We look forward to the many benefits he’ll bring to our school community and introducing you to him upon your next visit to CCHS!
2025-2026 SWCSD Calendar: Our district calendar has been approved for the 2025-2026 school calendar. As we begin planning school events for next school year these will be added to our calendar posted on the school website (cchs.swcsd.us).
Go Comets!

- Now in its 14th year as a staple event in Central Ohio, I Matter is a free, annual community conference that gives girls in grades 6-12 the skills they need to engage in healthy relationships and provides their mothers and mother figures with the tools and strategies necessary to support them.
- Guests will also receive free parking, event swag, refreshments, and exclusive giveaways. Free registration closes 2/12 - sign-up today!
