Week of June 2, 2025
Dear Families~
Thank you for your quick response as we redirected dismissal to Florence Park today. I appreciated how you gave time for us to assemble and organize for a save and smooth pick up. I also greatly thank the faculty for making sure our response protocols were executed with care and attention.
I recognize that following two evacuations this week there may be concerns and questions. Dr. Lutinski is working closely with our external partners and experts, along with our custodial team to ensure that the situation is fully remediated. More detailed communication will be shared with you soon.
I hope you have a lovely weekend and the sun comes out a bit to enjoy.
Warmly,
Tara

Notes & Reminders
DW Peace Garden ~ Recess Program
We need your green (and not so green thumbs!) for recess in the garden. Come volunteer with a friend to host an activity in the Peace Garden over lunch for all interested students. You could care for the garden - weed and water it, or host a game, scavenger hunt, craft or yoga - let your imagination run wild!

From the Nurse~

Parking Reminder from the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department
In an effort to educate drivers and continue to be safe on the roadways, the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department would like to remind drivers to not park or stop over a crosswalk, and to not park less than 30 feet from a stop sign, as this can be a safety issue, and you might receive a summons.
Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the roads safe!
