COVID-19 Recommendations - San Mateo County
With COVID-19 levels rising in San Mateo County and the region County Health recommends being up to date with vaccines, staying at home if you are sick, testing if you have symptoms, and to consider wearing a mask. If you do get sick with COVID-19 talk to your health care provider about treatment.
STAR Testing Window #1
September 3 - 13, 2024
Our start of the year testing window #1 will be from September 3 - 13, 2024. Please advise your child(ren) to do their best. Get a good night's sleep, and eat breakfast everyday during this window.
Father, please clear my mind and give me the understanding and knowledge that comes only from you. Bless me as I take this exam and bring the information that I've studied to mind when it is needed in this exam. Grant me favour as I begin this test. I ask this in Jesus name.

Arrival & Dismissal
All Parents, please be reminded of the following.
"No student should be on the school grounds before 7:45 AM. The school is not responsible for students who arrive before the appointed time. Therte is no AM yard supervision offered before this time. All Souls Catholic School offers Extended Care in the morning from 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM. Please enroll your child/ren in this program if early arrival to school is necessary. Once students have been dropped off at school they are not allowed to leave the playground to visit any neighboring businesses."
Lastly, there is now a 7:45 AM school bell to indicate the beginning of "Drop-off."
Other Reminders
- If you require a drop-off time of more than 30 seconds to 1 minute, please make use of the lower yard or the designated area in the upper yard to disembark your children. For Primary Level students, then walk them to the upper yard entrance closest to the play structure.
- Always turn "right" when exiting the upper yard.
Heads Up!
All Parents
All parents that intend to be on campus in the presence of children, function as a chaperone on field trips, or functioin as a coach, commissioner, score keeper, etc. in the Athletics program must meet the following requirements.
- You have obtained the All Souls Catholic School Live Scan Form, fingerprited, and have been cleared to work with children.
- You have completed your Virtus online course.
