MCCSC Transfinder - Transportation Update
Important Update: Transportation Pickup and Drop-off Locations
The safety and well-being of MCCSC students are our top priority, and that includes ensuring that our transportation system runs as smoothly as possible.
We are reaching out to inform you of a necessary update to our transportation system. Recently, we implemented new software, TRANSFINDER, to better manage student transportation and improve efficiency. While we understand that you have already submitted your child’s pickup and drop-off locations earlier this year, we kindly request that you update this information again to align with the new system. The updated software requires accurate, up-to-date HOME, PICK-UP, and DROP-OFF address data to ensure that all routes are properly scheduled and that your child is picked up and dropped off safely and on time.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Please complete this Google Form and update your child’s transportation information by Friday, November 8.
- You will need to fill out a new form for each of your children to ensure the correct information is updated correctly
- Ensure that all pickup and drop-off addresses are correct and up-to-date. ESPECIALLY if they are different from your home address!
- Contact Rachel Johnson in our transportation office at 317/539-9241, Amber Phillips, PowerSchool Administrator at 317/539-9222, or your building secretaries if you need assistance or have any concerns.

Updates from the Cafeteria
Indiana Food Day is Thursday Oct 10. Did you know Indiana is the third-largest pumpkin producer in the nation?
We are celebrating with Pumpkin Pudding!
October is also National Apple Month.
Did you know we purchase our Apples & most produce from local growers? We are featuring different apples and flavored applesauce cups the month of October
To deposit money into your child's lunch account electronically visit myschoolbucks.com to create an online account. You can also download the mobile app. Students can bring in cash to lunch, but sometimes that money gets stuck in pockets instead of deposited with the cafeteria staff. Students may bring a lunch from home on any day they choose.
Click the boxes Below to submit a brag!
Is there a teacher at CMS who went above and beyond recently? Use the Teacher Brag box to let us know what special thing that teacher did for your student, so that we can celebrate and recognize them!
Be The "I" In KIND
These students were caught being KIND! Parker went out of his way to hold open a door for others to pass through. Joel cleaned up the floor and straightened up the Learning Hub. Reid donated a new set of books to the Learning Hub. Hank and Wyatt assembled a new chair for Mrs. Harshbarger in the Learning Hub. It's small acts like these that make our school a great place!
CMS Student Teachers
It's been a while since CMS has had any student teachers and this semester, we've been blessed with two great ones! Mr. Kade Roembke just finished his time with at CMS this past week. He spent his time working with Mr. Neilson and the 8th grade US History students. Mr. Roembke is in his final year of studies at Indiana University and will be graduating in the spring. Ms. Camryn Albers is a graduate of North Putnam High School and is completing her undergraduate studies at Western Governors University. She is currently working with Ms. Herald and our 7th grade math students. We love the chance to help the next generation of teachers!
