• Faith Club will have its first meeting TODAY during Lunch in room G2. All are Welcome!
• This week is SPIRIT WEEK! Today's Jersey Day, if you're dressed up, pick up a treat in the Quad at lunch. Tomorrow is Kinder Self day and Friday is class t-shirt's!
• Auditions for BV's Fall Play, "Clue on Stage" will be held Tomorrow & Friday, from 3:30pm - 6:00pm in the Cafeteria. Show up to auditions both days!
• Student planners and class t-shirts that have not been picked up will be delivered to 4th period classes.
• Students can still sign up and join a Club. Stop by the office student bulletin board or look for the QR codes around campus. Last day to sign up is September 20.
• Two ways to Purchase Tickets in Advance for Sports Home Games
  
1. Buy student tickets in advance with cash at the finance office OR
2. Online via Gofan.co, no cash sales at the gates!
• Picture Makeup day is September 18. This is not for retakes! If you are new or did not have your photo taken on the second day of school, this is the day to have your photo taken & to get your ID card.
  
• Volunteers needed for the upcoming PTSA Craft Fair! Link for the sign up genius at the student bulletin board.

• Lunch and After School Tutoring starts this week, September 3
• First rally is Friday, September 6!
• Back to School Night is Thursday, September 12

• Congratulations to BV's Girls Varsity Field Hockey on their 2-1 overtime Win!
• Varsity Flag Football took home the Win last night 13-7 against El Camino H.S.
• Girls Basketball Open Gym is on Mondays & Wednesdays in the large gym 6:30-8pm through October 30th. All grades welcome!
• Boys Basketball Open Gym is Tuesday & Thursday in the large gym from 6:30-8pm & Saturday 10-12pm.
• Boys Volleyball Open Gym is 2nd & 4th Saturday 8-10am in the large gym.

• The Historically Black Colleges & Universities recruitment Fair for 11 & 12 graders is being held at El Camino HS on September 12 at 1:30pm. Stop by A6 (Mrs. Gonzalez) with questions or to pick up permission slip to ride the bus. Permission slips are due by September 9.
• Hey fellow travelers, are you in need of an adventure? Join Mr. Lane and Ms. Yassu on a trip to Switzerland, Italy, Rome and Paris this Summer. For more information stop by either of their classrooms and talk to one of them. Look for flyers posted all over the school!
