Holiday Distress ~ INSIGHTs edition from Effective Schools Solutions
It's important that we focus on what is in our control, rather than what is not. I liked this edition of Insights, a publication from ESS. It provides some ideas for staff and students on managing distress tolerance. I felt it would be resourceful for families as well, especially as you head into the winter recess.
