OHVA Student ID Cards

Ordering your student ID online is easy! Cost is $2.55 which includes mailing.

Visit the website linked below.

1. Navigate to http://studentid.k12.com then choose OHVA from the schools list
   
2. Be sure YOUR information is correct as legal guardian
3. Enter the student's first and last names
4. Enter your student ID number (see above link on how to look it up)
5. Select your grade
6. Select the school year - Registering for 24-25? Choose this option to get a head start on your ID!
7. Upload your photo

The photo must be:

• In color, with a shirt or top on
• Recent picture, taken within the last six (6) months
• Taken in front of a plain background (lighter colors preferred)
• Student's body is oriented vertically, not horizontally
• Student is alone in the picture with no one else visible
• Look forward with eyes open and have a neutral or smiling facial expression
• Head and shoulders only, please
• Student not wearing hats or head covering (unless those items are worn daily for religious purposes, and in such cases those items must not obscure any facial features)
• Free from glare on eyeglasses (dark glasses are not permitted unless you have a medical reason for them)
• Taken with good lighting that has no shadows
