Hi Neighbors,

My name is Josh Moore and I live on Sassafras Drive with with my wife Brittany, our two young boys Jackson and Harrison, and our two dogs Charlie and Teddy. I will be the sitting HOA President through the end of the year. Our previous President, Jennifer Corbin, and her family made a move to TN and no longer reside in Pebble Creek. I look forward to serving in this role and we as a board will do our best to look out for the best interest of our neighborhood. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

The 2022 budget is being developed. If you have a suggestion for improving our neighborhood please send it to the Board as soon as possible. Two homeowners have been turned over to Certified Recovery for collection of the annual assessment. Liens will be placed on their property if they do not pay by December. Thanks to the all the homeowners who have paid their annual assessment.

We are looking forward to closing out the year with a couple of exciting holiday events! First up, we will be holding a holiday decoration contest so look out for an email regarding that soon. In order to be in the running for a prize, you must register for this contest! An email will go out the first week of November with guidelines and registration instructions. This information will also be posted on the Phase 1 Facebook page.

We will also be holding a golf cart Christmas parade again this year followed by a party at the Cluhouse! More details will be released next week but mark your calendar for Saturday, December 18. We are looking forward to seeing everyone's carts decked out in holiday cheer. Last year we had carts decorated in anything from a few lights to fully built out rigs and everything in between! The fan favorite golf cart will win a prize; voting will take place on the Phase 1 Facebook page. Last year's winner was the Cordell family with their Peanuts inspired golf cart pictured below.
