CES Happenings
Dear CES Family,
I would like to take an opportunity to thank our CES parents for being a part of the good stuff that is happening at CES. I have recently received some great input about the culture at CES, and it's no secret that great schools have great parents. Know how much we appreciate all that you are doing to support our efforts. Being a parent is hard, but you get your kids are in school and here on time, encourage good behavior, support our staff, constantly volunteer and participate in our fundraisers. Know that you have a staff that cares deeply for all kids. The task of educating kids is hard, too, but it's so much easier when we partner together. Doing school is a "we" thing. We're grateful for you.
A couple of reminders for you:
- Teacher/parent conferences are coming up the week of January 29. You should have received notification from your child's teacher regarding a scheduled conference time. If for some reason you haven't, please feel free to do so.
- The CES Book Fair is also coming up the week of January 29. See below for details. This is a great opportunity to encourage child to read. We have a lot of great readers at every grade level!
