Student Code of Conduct Assemblies
- On Friday, August 16th, all students present on campus attended our bi-yearly Student Code of Conduct (SCOC) assemblies. The presentation is linked below.
- The purpose of these assemblies is to discuss the most common infractions our assistant principals deal with on campus and to discuss their consequences. As well as, how students can avoid consequences for campus policies such as tardies, cell phone infractions, and attendance (truancy).
- These assemblies do not cover the entire SCOC and we encourage you to review this document with your student. If you have any questions regarding the SCOC, please reach out to your student's assistant principal.

E-PASS Parent Letter
Beginning in August 2024, SFHS will pilot an electronic hall pass system (E-PASS). Below, you will find a frequently asked questions (FAQ) resource designed to address common questions. If your student is an SF ISD Freshman, this is the same system SFJH implemented last school year.
Students:
In the spring, you sat with your counselor to pick your schedule. You and a guardian signed off on your schedule. Our Master Schedule and the hiring of teachers takes place in the the spring and is based on student enrollment numbers and your course selection(s).
When we start school, the Master Schedule (the amount of classes offered and the amount of teachers we have to teach our classes) is set. Therefore, schedule change polices are as follows:
Schedule changes will only be made for the following reasons:
- A student has a hole in their schedule (they are missing a period).
- A student has a duplicate class (ex: they have two English classes).
- A student was placed in an Advanced/AP class and they did not sign up for it.
- A student's graduation may be affected by the classes they were placed in.
- A student's athletic period changes due to making a team/leaving a team (within the first 10 days of a semester).
Schedule changes will NOT be made for the following reasons:
- A student wants a different class period.
- A student wants a different lunch period.
- A student wants a different teacher because their friends are in that class.

These are the most common infractions in the morning. For the full student dress code, visit the District's website: CLICK HERE
Parking Permits
You can print a permit form off the website (under the police department tab) or it is attached below. Permits are sold during lunches in the bookkeeper's office.
All students who operate a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, on school property must register their vehicles with the District by purchasing a student parking permit, which must be renewed each school year.
Permits are $25.00 through September 2nd. The cost increases to $30.00 on September 3rd., unless the student is a newly licensed driver. When the permit is issued, students must present proof of a valid driver’s license and proof of financial responsibility (liability insurance).
It is the student driver’s responsibility to register his/her vehicle and display a valid parking permit for the current school year. Vehicles parked without a valid student parking permit may be towed at the owner’s expense.
