Dear Parents/Carers,
We have had an extremely busy week in school this week and the children have thoroughly enjoyed everything that we have done. It has been wonderful to receive so much positive feedback from you – thank you for your warmth and kindness.
On Sunday, our Year 6 Student Council representatives Olivia and Fletcher took part in the Remembrance Parade in Pontefract where they laid a wreath at the Cenotaph, along with many other schools and members of our community. We were proud and honoured they were able to take part.
This morning in our assembly, it was amazing to see such a sea of colour as the children came dressed in Pudsey clothes or spots for Children In Need. Thank you to all who gave a donation to support this wonderful charity. Our link will still be up for a while so if you would still like to donate click on the link - https://tinyurl.com/39ax8zw2 which goes to our JustGiving page. All donations will then go straight to Children in Need!
Wishing you a restful and enjoyable weekend,
Take care,
Mrs Winter
