EXCITING SUMMER OPPORTUNITY FOR 10TH GRADE STUDENTS!
The Princeton University Computer Science Department, in partnership with the AI4ALL Foundation, will host its seventh annual Princeton AI4ALL camp this summer. Princeton AI4ALL is a residential camp, which will run for 3 weeks, from July 14th - August 3rd, 2024. Princeton AI4ALL is intended to increase diversity and inclusion in the field of artificial intelligence. Our mission is to inspire tomorrow’s leaders to know, think about, and use artificial intelligence ethically. We educate students through a combination of lectures, hands-on research projects, field trips, and mentorship.
The program targets current 10th graders (rising 11th graders) from low-income backgrounds. No prior programming experience is required. Applications are particularly encouraged from young women and other groups dramatically underrepresented in AI*.
Our program has no tuition costs, and all costs related to room, board, and field trips are covered by the program. We can also provide financial assistance with transportation costs to and from Princeton if needed.
Our application is now open! Students have until March 15th to apply. For more details, please go to: ai4all.princeton.edu/apply.
Important - Medical Forms need updating
There are two medical forms that need yearly updating for all students. If you have not already done so, please complete the medical information form and the med-1 form which allows our nurse to administer medication to students while in school.
If your student tests positive for Covid, the reporting form can be found here as well.
Please contact nurse Stevens at cstevens@philasd.org if you have questions.
